- In September 2010. Union bank dd Sarajevo starts issuing Visa Classic Credit Cards which improves the palette of its card products.
- Since August, 2010. Union banka d.d. Sarajevo started issuing Visa Electron debit cards which improved Union banka d.d. Sarajevo card products quality.
- Since 1 February, 2010. Union banka d.d. Sarajevo is a member of the deposit insurance programme and has its certificate of membership issued by the Deposit Insurance Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
