In addition to opening of an account for clients who still do not have an account with Union Banka, the minimum technical requirements that the client needs to fulfill to be able to use UNIONnet are:

  • Processor PII Celeron or better;
  • Memory of 64 MB RAM;
  • Graphic card with 800 x 600 resolution;
  • COM port or USB port;
  • 20 MB of hard disk space (with required application equipment installed);
  • Internet access of 33,6 Kbps or better;
  • Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000 or Windows NT 4.0 (service pack 6), Windows 2003; Windows XP
  • Internet browser, Internet Explorer 5.5 or newer.
